From 21st April to the end of July selected par-avion co. products will be available on the 4th floor of the iconic Regent Street store Liberty as well as on online at libertylondon.com alongside some wonderful UK makers! We are also partaking in the following events:

Panel talk with Abeer Kayani, Ruby Cubes and par-avion co.
This panel talk with the makers will include a discussion around crafts and the specialist skills needed. Exploring the incredible resurgence of crafting during lock down as well as the importance of supporting small British brands. The makers will also give guidance on how to get into the craft industry as an independent maker.

Weaving Workshop with par-avion co.
Join Monica Cass, one half of design duo par-avion co. for this introduction to Scandinavian style seat weaving. Working on a wooden frame, you will be shown basic weaving techniques utilising Danish cord, as used by par-avion co.
Danish Cord is a 3-ply twisted paper cord that is a traditional weaving material used in Scandinavian chairs. The cord is produced in Denmark from FSC certified forests and is a sustainable and durable material.
