Shipping policy
Lead Times, Handling and Shipping
Unless stated otherwise, our standard lead times for manufacturing an order are 9-10 weeks. Handling within the UK is no more than 3-5 business days. Shipping is typically 2-3 business days within the UK and 3-6 business days outside the UK.
Delivery
Delivery costs are to be itemised and included in product invoice. Payment for delivery should be made within 30 days or by the “Due Date” stated on the invoice, whichever occurs sooner.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs within the UK are calculated based on 2-3 day Express delivery. Shipping costs outside of the UK are calculated based on 3-6 day Express delivery.
N.B. Shipping costs for multiple items will differ from automated shipping calculation at checkout.

VAT & Import Duties
Please note that if you are outside of the U.K. VAT is not included in the price of your purchase.

Orders placed with Partial.ly will ship after plan is paid in full.
