Warranty
Your product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase, which covers manufacturer's defects such as structural failures. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis and extensive photographic evidence and a detailed timeline of the condition must be submitted to prove this. You must be able to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the damage was not caused by improper use, storage in inadequate conditions, or neglect (including any modifications or self-repairs to the product). Each product has a unique ID code which must be given at the time of the claim.
