This one-of-a-kind daybed comes in a satin-finished brown oak with a handwoven natural Danish paper cord top. Brown oak is a naturally occurring darker oak caused by a fungus which interacts with the tree, creating a beautiful patina similar in tone to the fumed oak. It is quite rare and therefore makes this piece truly unique. The timber is finished in an environmentally-friendly and VOC-free oil-wax derived from plants.

Every Lambda daybed is made with FSC British timber and is made by hand in our Norwich workshop. The bed was handwoven in a natural unlaced Danish paper cord from Randers Reb in Denmark using traditional methods and unique detailing.

As every piece of furniture is handcrafted in small batches, each piece may differ slightly from one another in colour, weave and texture.
